About Melissa Hindle

I ask questions that get to the real issues.

Which is why my clients keep calling me their marketing therapist.

Most Marketing Consultants Start With What You Asked Them To Fix. I Start Further Back.

If you come to me saying your website isn't converting, I want to know what you think is broken before I look at the analytics. If you tell me you need better automations, I want to know what you've already tried before I touch a workflow. If you say the business is scattered, I want to know what systems you already tried and tossed out.

Then I take another step back and ask, what's the most critical objective your business needs to achieve this year? We quantify it, and see how marketing is currently supporting that.

This is the part most consultants skip, and it's the reason their builds don't land.

The diagnostic approach

Because the work is only as good as the questions that shaped it.

I've seen too many wellness business owners spend too much time on socials, DIY-build a website, ignore their own email and text lists, and then wonder why their business still feels stuck. Tools and reels weren't the problem. Your efforts were attempting to solving a problem nobody had actually defined.

When I show up to work with you, I'm not going to assume I know what's wrong. I'm going to ask, listen, dig, and reflect back what I'm seeing until we're both clear on what we're actually trying to solve.

Then the build makes sense.

THE RIGHT FIT

Wellness Owners Doing $250k to $2.5M Annually.

You've built something real. You have clients, revenue, and a team of some kind. What you don't have is a business that runs without you at the center of every moving part.

My work fits when you're past the startup scramble but not yet at the scaled-operation stage. You need strategy and infrastructure built together, compressed into weeks rather than drawn out across quarters.

A FEW THINGS I BELIEVE

A few things I believe,
for the record.

  • Most consulting engagements waste the thirty days on discovery that should have been done before the contract was signed. I don't.

  • Strategy without a system is a planning document. A system without strategy is noisy friction. I do both inside one engagement.

  • Compression isn't the same as rushing. The work moves fast because the scope is clear, the structure holds, and both of us show up prepared.

  • Plain language matters. If you can't explain what was built to your team in your own words, I haven't done my job.

If This Sounds Like The Way You Want To Work

A clarity call is where we find out if we fit. No pitch, no pressure. Forty-five minutes to talk about what's actually going on in your business and whether what I build is the right next step.
