How fast do you respond?

Within one business day for forms and messages. Usually same-hour for chat during business hours. If something is time-sensitive, say so and I'll prioritize it.

Do you work with nonprofits and businesses outside of wellness?

Yes. Wellness businesses and mission-driven nonprofits are both core to my work. The same strategy-first methodology drives growth whether you measure it in revenue or in donations, programs, and people served. The case studies shown here are wellness and product businesses because that's where my most recent builds live, but my 20+ years spans nonprofits, healthcare, finance, manufacturing, consumer retail, and B2B.
